Mondays - 5.30 - 5.55pm new 25-minute BLAST focusing on cardio and one muscle group (this changes each week)
Mondays - 6 - 6.30pm Fitness Pilates
Tuesdays - 6 - 6.55pm HIIT yes, we are going to try and get back to a full workout!!!
Tuesdays - 7 - 7.55pm Fitness Pilates yes, another full workout!!!
Thursdays - 9.30 - 10am Fitness Pilates
